Such a nice day I couldn`t resist going for a drive(65 deg.and sunny) stopped over to a friends after a spirted drive on some lonely curvey roads. As I was backing up to leave saw a large (very large) oil puddle,it was mine. Front seal blew I guess. No leaks at the cooler,it is coming from behind the fan. friend has a lift. Had to leave it there . going back this weekend to fix. was told I can do this without pulling the engine. any advice?Only have about 100 miles on the new engine. bummed!!

much easier to pull the engine.
you have to remove the shround to move the oil-cooler ... you "might" be able to move it enough (after losening the shround) in the car, but i doubt it. Andy |
