help,

thought I busted the clutch cable, but it was the rear cable guide tube broke its weld and pulled into the center tunnel,

anyone have had this problem before or know of a person in the SF Bay CA that can help

Any help would be appreciated for this newbie

A metal plate will have to be welded around the clutch tube at the fire wall and the clutch tube will have to be re-attach up front in the center console.

Do a search, there are threads on how to fix it.

McMark's Original Customs in Napa can deal with it. Yeaman Auto Body in Palo Alto can. High Performance House in Redwood City can. Ken's SporTech and Don Wise's shop (forget the name!) in Campbell can. Other shops as well. There are a decent number of 914-knowledgeable places in the area.
