Took the car for it's MOT test yesterday and it flew through with no problems other than the horn didn't want to work.
I've driven it up and down the road but i'm waiting for my insurance to really drive it some distance. I'm pretty pleased with it overall, plenty of grunt -pull away in 3rd no problem. That car is beautiful. Great to see a 914 on the road in Europe.

Why its the 'Ministry of Transport' test, of course (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I guess its the UK's equivalent of our 'DOT' or 'DMV' (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) |

it's running a 2.4T which is perfect as its got enough grunt with out tearing itself from it's mountings. |

Beautiful car.
What carbs did you put on a 2.4T. I have a 2.4 in mine with the fuel injection. |
