Cleaning up around the front sway bar and I noticed that the bar isn't centered left and right. On the left side it protrudes from the grommet less than an inch, while on the passenger side, the bar protrudes out almost 2". The left drop link top is angled toward the center of the car while the right link is vertical (bar end assembly just about touches the strut housing). Should the left and right side bar protrusions be equal?? Any help?

Yes ....
Drop links should be in a vertical plane to the road surface at rest. EDIT: And the arms on the bar are horizontal to the road surface at rest. |

just give a bump on the long side to center it, it's not really fixed in position from sliding side to side.
