All parts and accessories are new and there. The motor is used and had the two nylon gears replaced. When mine broke I thought it was toast, so I just went and bought another. When I pulled down the motor portion I realized it was just one of the gears that had gone bad. I ordered a new one from Sears and installed it. However in the meantime I put the new motor up in the garage.

So all new parts with 6 yr. old motor with new gears and two remotes. $50 plus shipping. or I can bring to Ventura Swap on sunday.
thanks,
Mike D.
