Yeah there is no way I can get the 914 drivable by my birthday, or ECC.

I wish I could but I am hoping to maybe take it to H2O this year lst weekend of this month.

Have to ride down in the GTi wheelspin machine.

Ken, I'm down with whatever you bring, your brew's ROCK (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) .

I just want to make sure: '09 ECC at Johnny's on the 12th...is this correct?

....and Evil can't make it this year so
someone needs to fill in the entertainment void (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)
.....and I won't get my black 914 hoodie back
unless I go to PA find Evil and pick it up myself!

Evil's in the PNW putting on his transmission show so it would do you no good to go there this weekend anyway...

If doc hasn't left yet you may be able to prevail upon Zach to retrieve it and ferry it down for you. Donno - all speculation on my part there...

Entertainment - geez - if I just wanted to be entertained I could stay home. We're making the trip to meet people, drink beer, socialise, and lie about how fast and rust-free our cars are...

'Bout time you showed up! Can I suggest a rally point to start the caravan? (So far as I can tell now, it's just you and me from NOVA.) We could start from Greenbriar shopping center at 11ish? (Get there by 1 and start the food)

Sorry about the camping comment, nix on the camping

Doesn't look like I'm gonna make it. Way too much going on with the new shop right now. I haven't been getting enough work done due to the move and setting up and building an office and....and....and.....where's the exhausted smilie ?

I wander if Kelly's comin'?
If so he should be able to hook up with us at Greenbriar too?
Kelly are you out there? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

The Lovely Joy is shopping for pork shoulder as I type.
They'll spend 24 hrs in a dry rub and then face the fire.

Joy is using a traditional slow braise and I am using the opportunity to try a new method. J's also in charge of cole slaw, 'cause you can't have pulled pork without it.

how 'bout some pasta salad, potato salad, chips/side dish/salad; that sort of thing. Looks like we have the pulled pork, hamburgers, hot dogs main dish covered. Plates, condiments, drinks (maybe more drinks?) are covered.

Is Susan coming? Barb is not (never will (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif) )

Think about the route: easy drive out 66 to 81 or go to Warrenton and go over the mountain?
