Hey all,
I went to look at this car and this is a great car for the money (I passed on it because I have too much work to do on my own project). Both the front and rear bumpers are in really good shape, the interior is nice and complete (just needs a good cleaning), the wheels are really unique. I'd never seen them before but they are some sort of a rare VW wheel. The chrome is good on them. There is minor rust in the hell hole but the battery tray is in tact and the front trunk had been cut for AC. Other than that the longs look good. The car has been repainted but overall it wouldn't take much to make this a great little runner. If I had the bandwidth right now I would have picked it up.

No, but it's also not in the DMV's system. Not sure if that's a problem in Washington but it's a good thing here. If it's not in the system you don't have to pay back registration!
