So I found out my engine is the not the original. I am hoping to find the original. I realize it's a longshot. If you have it please let me know. It was originally owned by someone in Eugene Oregon. If you can keep your eyes open I'd appreciatte it. Again it is GA case 012249 . Thanks- Jamie

Jamie, why don't you do a title search for previous owners. They might be able to help you track down your motor.

I actually talked to the original owners today. They had it till about 1990. Unfortunately the trail ends there. At least so far (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) I think it stayed basically in the Eugene area it's whole life give or take a 100 miles. The original owners didn't change anything on the car. I will keep looking but not looking good. I put an add on Eugene Craigslist so keep your fingers crossed (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
