I was given a 1.7 ltr minus the injection so I bought a CIS-E unit off a 1990 Audi 80 made a engine stand. mounted the relay board connected to the home made
CIS fuse block. Started it up today, dam thing ran. Now to install a KO2 turbo and
see if I can get it runing. Who says you can't turbo a 914.

Wow, hell yeah, where are you gunna put the turbo, make a manifold? or make a collecter after the "heat exchangers"?

That engine stand is pretty cool. I'll be interested to see how the turbo plumbing turns out.

Gotta have a test run engine stand. Heres mine I built for our 356 engines. Will also work for vw engines if they have a 6 volt flywheel.
