found it http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=htt...LJ:en%26sa%3DNa clone of the kaiser henry j a sears allstate.

the grill wasn't right for a henry j.

looks like a 1952 sears allstate made for sears by kaiser auto. pretty much just a rebadged henry J.
