I was in Ga. not too long ago and stopped in. I was treated like a king. Given the grand tour, and a free shirt. I bought some parts, and the couple of things that they didn't have in stock were shipped to my house for free.

wow! I just saw this thread and am very very flattered. Thank you from my heart. Don't get all mushy on us. You know were going to point out the screwups too. Its just the same old way of getting the most from people. 10 minute manager stuff. Compliment them, tell them that they are a good person, but the action the took was wrong, tell them to change and then compliment them. In the old days they used to tell us to touch the person too. Pat on the back, fake punch in the arm, that kind of stuff. Now since we can't "touch" folks, for fear of legal suit, that part is cut out of the training. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) |
