Is there a paper replacement element for my '72 oil bath air filter?

I replaced mine with a '73 1.7L round paper element air cleaner. I ended up losing the pre-heater tube in the process because the '73 has nowhere to connect it, but it didn't seem to make any difference in the cold operation of the engine. (It's snowing outside and temps here regularly get down to single digits in Winter so I think I would have had issues if the pre-heater had really done anything.)

Although messy, the oil bath air cleaner is very effective. Updating to the 73 1.7 style is a very good idea.
