I have one of my rebuilt pedal sets. They are chemically stripped and have all parts zinc plated. The pedals and housing are powder coated. They are assembled with bronze bushings and new rubber stoppers. Price is $150 with a rebuidable core or $180 outright. This is the only one I have assembled but I have enough finshed parts to make at least ten of them.

This just a plug for Bruce and his pedal sets; these are really nice! I bought one from him recently and was pleased at the quality of the rebuild. The price is unbeatable.
