Who is going to commit to checking the Invasion site Email and responding to the incoming signup forms?
You will need to check the email here once a day: webmail.midengineinvasion.com login credentials ----------------------- username: info password: Z#wgzEaT Who ever steps up will need to send payment info: Mikes paypal address: mike95125@yahoo.com. Mikes snail mail is: Mike Lesniak 2179 Wexford Rd Palmyra, PA 17078 If one person does it, no one will drop through the cracks. I imagine We will need a record posted here showing who was sent contact info. I will gladly follow up with a PM stating I heard they received payment info and remind them we need the cash ASAP,,,blah blah blah. |

Can we put an automatic reply in the mail box that says something to the tune of "Send Mike Money at such and such address"
This way, we will get replies sent out as soon as messages come into the mail box. Does Forrest need to do that? I'm not saavy with stuff like that. Since the form is coming from the Invasion site and not a DIRECT email address, I think this needs done via a manual reply...? No? |

I just got back from Des Moines and checked the email. There was a new application in there from Dave Kimple. We already responded to an application he sent on 3-16-09 but I sent the info again.

Maybe he would help with the planning for the next one. He could include a BBQ at his shop or something. It would be nice to have one or two more locals so the weight isn't so heavy on one guy to find hotels, get a banquet hall, and keep track of the tourists. |

I checked the info email Lee David Auerbach resent his entry form. I resent the info for payment, however I see he posted in the event forum in the garage that he has to leave early Saturday so he may not need to send dinner money. I instructed him to contact Mike to work out the details.

If anyone checked the email address and sent payment info since the 3/29/09 post who you responded to so we can keep track.
Looks like Root is stating he sent in an application but doesn't seem to have received the event payment info. I don't know him personaally and he doesn't have his name in the signature space on this posts. |
