Hey guys,

A friend of mine recently sent me some pictures of a six that his friend purchased. The seller purchased the car used in '72. One thing about the pics that was interesting/different was the 'Porsche' script on the rocker panels. Coincidentally I saw an eBay ad today for an old (early '90s) magazine article highlighting the sixes, and one of the examples in their spread had the same script. I've done enough reading at this point to come to my own conclusion that this wasn't a factory option, but I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a dealer option and if so how common is it? This isn't the first time I've seen it, just the first time I've really paid attention.

Thanks,

Reid
