Anything firm on the cruise with regard to the possible photo locations? I'd like to add the photo locations to the event maps.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Sorry - I just got to the top of Hakker Pass when my wife called my cell to tell me that our water heater just blew. So, I cut it short and shot home. I'll be back from Hawaii on the 1st and will make another test run the next week-end.

Would you guys be sure to time and get mileage distances for the overall run and between major stopping points?
We also need a place for eating our box lunches en route, or in Monterey. |

Jeff/Keith:
FYI - I just found a very usable map for the Monterey Run at Barnes & Nobles. It is printed by "Compass Maps" and is titled "Monterey Bay". A two page copy at a scale of 4 miles to the inch would cover the area from Pruneyard to Carmel Valley. I will try to send you a .pdf of it. |

Keith:
Jen (see "Group Shot" thread) advises that the Green Flag racing group will be at Laguna that weekend (Sat & Sun). Have you heard anything about this? If so, maybe someone could contact them to see if we can squeeze in some photos on the track if they are using it on Friday? |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Your right about the Lotus group for Sat/Sun and Fri was booked by Class Motorcycle from the Santa Barbara area. I had an arrangment w/them to use the track for a couple slow parade laps at their lunch break, but they have cancelled their 06/04 date as they already have underbooked their May dates. Talked to Judy at Laguna and it looks as if the paddock and lake area for photos. I'll be checking w/her again tomorrow to see if she has been able to rent the track to anybody for that Fri. Of course, if we have an extra $9600 in the budget we can have the track all day.
