I stopped to look at a red 1971 914-6 For-Sale @ Alan Christian Motor Cars in Holland, MI. (phone #1-616-396-2014) It's been advertized in all the web sites @ $15,900.00 I looked it over topside & it needs a total restoration. They said the motor runs, but needs attention. It had a color change & a blank # on the door tag. Inside cavities show it was originally silver or maybe light green. Probably has rust in the typical places. Stand back 20 ft & it looks good. Close up lots of issue's. They now know the price is high & in my opinion it's an $8,000 to $10,000 max. dollar car. If anyone is interested give them a low buck # & negotiate. There were (432) 9171's built & more rare than the 70. I am not interested in this car & only want the someone to buy right.
