So my left front fender is damaged pretty bad but not too bad. I am trying to figure out the best way to fix it. Either fix the existing one or put a new one on.

That is what I was thinking. Especially since the POV had a good used one to replace it that I now have. Kind of wouldn't make sense for him to have bought if he didnt think it needed replacement.

I'd take a hammer and dolly to it first... at least try to repair it first. The worst that could happen would be you get a good workout and piss off a neighbor with all the hammering.

That's about 4 hours worth of grinding, hammering and welding. I'd fix it. You may need to sub it out to a GOOD metal guy. They may need to do a body pull to correct the alignment. But it is repairable. It's up to you.
