A friend of mine in the Long Beach, CA area just purchased a fuel injected 73 2 liter. Can anyone recommend a good 914 mechanic in that area?

Otto's in Venice Beach. He is a good guy and has been working on 914s since they came out. He actually helped me out a lot when I was stuck down there with my first 914 purchase. Without him I would have never got home.

Jim Hoyland uses Sunset Garage in Sunset Beach. Pretty close to Long Beach. Nothing I know of in Long Beach though. I'm sure Jim will be by shortly with a phone number.

16747 Pacific Coast Hwy
Sunset Beach, CA.

Call Hector at the PCH Garage in Sunset Beach:

16747 PCH, Sunset Beach, CA 90742 Phone 562-592-5511

He will handle it. About 4 of us have the PCH Garage maintain our cars. I've been going there for over 20 years.
