Yep, been there. This is as close as I could find:
http://www.mcmaster.com/#pull-handles/=1kq0z3 I do not even remotely trust them as they are all drilled and internally threaded vs being a threaded rod with a nut on the end. |

Scott, I go to Armando's site regularly. I just looked and saw the set that Armando has for his car, but I didn't anything about fabricating a set.

For sure you can fab these things up...but, if you are looking to purchase them they are most certainly available on:
