Excellent work! I of course was kidding when I said that our cars were fake but just shows one that even factory documents are not always complete!
I would like to see a six certificate of authenticity showing the titanium rods!!! I have a factory publication dated 9/1/71 with a list of 914-4 and 914-6 options and their codes. I would like to see a six certificate of authenticity showing the titanium rods!!! a standard 914-6 was at DM 19,980 in MY'1971 M471 was at DM 4,600 M417 was at DM 2,497.50 these were by far the most expensive options and the big problem - there was no homologation for titanium rods, so the race guys mustn't use them I can't imagine that any "civil" car was equipped with them but I would love to see it too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |
