Nice car! I have a 76 that I'm restoring and it is Nepal Orange. I thought it was Signal Orange until i looked at the paint code. The crappy respray on my car may actually be Signal. What color is your pumpkin? And if anyone knows about the above two colors...what are the basic differences?? I like the black bumpers!

I had the same questions about my Nepal Orange 76... check out this site the difference is obvious in these pictures... but it seems less drastic in person.

Great Pumpkin:

It is a real good looking car. Congratulations. Are you going to paint the rocker panels black. I have used rattle can pickup truck bed liner for a texture that is similar to the factory texture on rocker panels.

Re colors or Orange on Porsche's over the years....

In order to appreciate this you have to be from the midwest, and have gone to a tractor show for restored farm equipment....

The prettiest orange is Allis Chalmers...
The prettiest green is John Deere
The prettiest yellow is Caterpillar
The prettiest red is Farmall

You should see the paint jobs on some farm tractors at the various
tractor shows. Paint that is so shiny that it looks wet and as though
it is an inch deep.

I agree with previous posters, those are nice wheels. What kind are they? Are they 5.5"?
