does anyone use the fiberglass bumper pads that are offer on ebay?

how do they look compared to the OEM rubber parts?
how long do they last and look good (if they do...)?

I've seen them used. Not bad but when side by side with a rubber one you see the difference and it is mostly with the color. It depends on what shade of black you paint them.
