I've recently finished restoring a '71 TR6 and am now looking for a new project, specifically a 914, in running condition, any year (although a 73 or 74 2.0 litre 4 cyl would be ideal - a six is out of my price range), perhaps with some cosmetic or mechanical issues, that someone relatively inexperienced with 914s could learn about and then tackle. The car needs to be within easy driving distance of Pasadena, CA, and I'm not looking for a show car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
I do have a possible line on a suitable car that I'm hoping will work out, but I'd welcome advice or pointers. Thanks! Julian |
