Well We cut out the fender tonight to get to the diagonal part of the long but not sure what order to attack the repair from here.
I will post some pics from different angles . any observations and advice would be of great help. Attached Image

Next you need to weld some crossbars into the door opening to keep everything supported. Then I'd have it mediablasted so you can see all the damage done by the rust
