I put in the heater/fresh air assm. in first. Did the washer system later including the spray nozzles in the cowl. I would at least put the nozzles in first before the heater system.

Wiper assembly first....squirters can be done at any time...same with the washer bottle.

Air diverters are next...the two units on each side.

Then fresh air fan assembly is put in.
You may want to clean and paint the top screen before you put it in place.
You may also want to add a piece of window screen to the upper grill (painted black) to prevent leaves from getting through...it helps.

Test ALL the cables before you go any further.
Once you put the gas tank in...the fresh air fan stays.
Same goes for the windshield wipers.....test before you put the fresh air box in...lots easier to take it out again.
