The wheels look like Kinesis.

That is Kenny Rumbaugh's car which used to have a monster 4.0L six in it but was so radical it got really unreliable. I think the wheels are in fact Kinesis and were special made for it and the body is a modified AIR kit as the car is tube framed underneath pretty much. I raced against it a few years ago in Tecate MX and it didn't get many laps in but was pretty fast while it lasted!
