Is the Engman fuse panel the same dimentions as the stock one? Meaning, does it bolt right up to the stock mounting tabs????

Yep bolts right up to the existing mounting holes. Takes a bout 30 min to install. Simply mark the wires with the wire markers I provide, slide the connections off of the old fuse panel, and reattach to the new fuse panel. Instructions, wire markers, and a sheet to note the wire marker placement are included.

Well, on shipping - you guys are really gonna make my fingers hurt. It takes me a little over an hour to build and test each one. And yes I personally build each one just like its going into my car. I will have to order a couple of things since the order has grown. I will start shipping next week, starting at the top of the list and working down. The items I have to get will take about a week or so to get so the last panel (depending on the order qty, any backordering I get etc. ) should ship in two weeks.

Here is a pic of a fresly built one from the back as someone wanted to see the back of the panel.
