This is a new old stock black vinyl bra for a 914. It was new in the bag with the original invoice from Tweeks. In 1992 it cost about $100 new. It has never been installed. Asking $50 OBO. Shipping in the U.S is $15.

Does it have the holes for the 73-74 front bumper guards/tits?
...& for he round pre-75 fog lights?

Yes it has cut outs for the round pre 75 fog lights. It will work with bumpers with or without tits. There is a flap that covers the tit holes for non tit bumpers.
