Is this true cylender head nuts at 23 foot pounds ( 3.2 mkg )
and rocker shaft nuts at 10 foot pounds ( 1.4 mkg )

seem kinda lite torque spect: ?????

Moving to the garage.

BTW, I know the rocker arm spec sounds right. I thought it was 12, but close enough. Not sure on the heads though. It's probably right if you got it from a manual. I'm sure some opinions will assert themselves hear shortly.
