Hi folks,
Inspired by the California Melee, Alpine 500, and other low buck classic car rallies, I've created one for folks here on the East Coast. The Tarheel 500 will run from the coast at Southport, NC all the way to the top of Mount Mitchell, NC at 6684 feet over two days. It's a spirited rally, but no awards are given to whoever arrives first. Limited to sports and touring cars 1976 and back, It'll just be a bunch of old cars nuts getting together and racing across the state in two days. It should prove to be a bunch of fun!
