Bama 94teen here. I am pretty sure all my numbers match and am 95% done with my restoration. How do I obtain a COA and who do I get it from - PCA or PCNA? Is there an application? Fee? Where do I write? I have vin, motor, and laint code plates - what more do I need? Thanks in advance.
