QUOTE With scissor doors you could hook a little strap to your belt and it would pull you up automatically Hey, if it was set up correctly, we could get it to launch you like a trebuchet! Andrew |

QUOTE(markd@mac.com @ Mar 11 2004, 01:16 AM) How do questions like this always get more "It can't be done" answers then "No, I haven't seen it answers". For all you guys know he'll put scissor doors on his 914 and do a bad ass job and you'll all say, "Whoa, that's cool!" The more I think about it if this car had driven up all done I bet there isn't one person who would knock it as hard as ya'll have. Sure, who knows why you would do it, but it's great to see people have interest in their cars. What have you done to your car lately? I was just looking for info on the doors, I guess its like body kits either you like them or the guy was stupid for butchering the car.
The one thing I am amazed at is that its OK to butcher the heck out of a 914 to stick in a V8 but try to come up with something different and then I'm the idioit. |

QUOTE OK to butcher the heck out of a 914 to stick in a V8 obviously you have not done your homework too well (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) no butchering is needed to do a V8 conversion, the only cutting is for the radiator and it is a modification that can be put back to stock if one so desires.......(similar to adding an oil-cooler for an air-cooled engine) QUOTE What do you'all think? you asked for opinions on what people think, you have got to be prepared some negative feedback on something that is considered "different"...if it's something you think would be cool then do it.........I didn't ask for permission or approval to put Honda rims on my car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif) |
