Purchased this '73 2.0L from an owner who has had the car since 1974. Says that the car was actually A PACE CAR from the Indianapolis 500?? Had a decal on the side when he owned it.
Has anyone heard of a 914 being involved at Indy? Would be cool to find out (confirm/deny). He is looking for the original photos. Can anyone come up with photos of a 914 at Indy? (Pace car, Safety car, etc)? John Attached image(s)
