Yes, thank you. I found many threads about 914s in movies when I performed my initial search (about 23 pages worth) but not one that I could find that gives the number of movies a 914 has appeared in. That's why I posted the question after I had searched.
Please post a link if you were able to find one.

A simple search for:
+movie +sighting

yields much less than 23 pages and gives you a good number of relevant threads ...

I took this pic a while back watching an old movie called chomps. Hard to tell, but that's valerie bertinelli. She drove the car all thru the movie.

'Roxanne', staring Steve Martin. Yellow, Rivs, side graphics. There were a number of 'classic' sports cars parked in one of the street scenes.

Money Talks with Chris Tucker, Charlie Sheen. Watched it last night. (I did not have control of the remote) yellow 914 screeches to a halt behind the two SUV's that block the bridge during the jail bus escape scene.

Given the current new cycle I figured it was a good time to re-watch All The President's Men and I had my eye out for period cars on the street. Sure enough, you can see what is probably a fairly new 914!

You can catch Beth Davenport, Rockford's lady attorney, driving hers in various episodes of The Rockford Files. .

This was so awful -- like a boy in Junior High was given a limitless stunt budget. Like a 70s movie made in the 80s. But I had to watch the whole thing.

I have the impression the movie producers themselves had no idea what would happen when they tried to jump the 914 over the school bus.

Didn't go through the whole thread but did check the imdb.com link and didn't see this one: opening scene of "Silver Streak" has a 914 on the street. Very obvious.

From Netflix, movie about the founding of National Lampoon.

A Futile and Stupid Gesture

Co-founder Doug Kenney had one.

Not sure if it was yellow like the one in the movie.
