I forgot to think how much work was involved on my end.
I will have to get my list in order to do a more efficient search.

One birthday, One new resident. Ya gotta be lucky if ya wanna win. Yes I know that the two fortunate ones got plates with only two letters. I promise that I go through my list and search for any possible combination and permutations based on the info. you provide. Example: I would call it a match for the DYL plate if I knew your name was Darryl. Some plates have 2 letters, most have 3. Some are all numbers and nobody wins.
