oh baby, I can smell the exhaust already. flat black looks cool for a few months. you might want to consider a clear coat over your tins. it makes them easier to keep clean. I also glue down both sides of teh oil fill tower gasket. this keeps the top of the engine dry and stays clean longer.

Nice job. What size engine and what & who, did you use for parts?

Before you get too far , think about head vents for engine venting breather??
