I am starting to have problems with my transmission when shifting into 1st; I have to shift into sirst when I am rolling to a stop. Can someone point me in the right direction so I do the adjustments myself. My 914 is a 74. Thanks Mike

Pretty sure it is in the classic forum. Or in the haynes manual.

Try the search feature and search for "+shift +adjust"
You should find a bunch of replies.
