Hello everyone I have a few more qustion?

1) Can I fit 205 50 r15 with stock fenders with stock wheels?

2) How will they mess up my speedo? Its starting to get a little wet up here and my tires are slick.

Probably. I have 205 55 r15 on mine. They are close, but no pulling was required. Your speedo is going to lie to you, though, with the 50s.

Each of these cars was built a little different (and beat up a little different over the past 30 years.) 205 is about the biggest you can usually go w/o rolling the fender, and I don't think you can get them to work with 60+ sidewalls.

The Wife's stock 914 has 205/50-15 Falken Azenias on it. They fit on stock 15x5.5 rims without any rubbing and they stick like crazy.

Speedo reads about 7 MPH fast.

I'm running 205/50 r15 BF Goodrich g-force Sports on my stock 15x5.5 Fuchs, with stock fenders. The tires pooch out a bit on the narrow wheel, but they handle well, even on the autocross pad. The g-force sport all season would be a decent winter alternative.

The calculators suggest that your speedo might be off by about 10% (54 mph actual at 60 mph indicated). I need to take the GPS for a spin with me sometime to verify this.

Do you think you could squeeze another 5 mm on each side in the back? There are 215/50-15 BFG g-force tires at tire rack. I want to put these on in a big way, with 205s in the front. Can you squeeze your little finger in there- not only at the fender but on the inside where there is a panel between the spring and tire? I would hate to order them and have to return- if you can. I've read all the specs and measurements and it MIGHT fit.

I can easily get a finger in between the tire and fender in the rear. I also have clearance to the inside. There is a small lip on the inside of the fender that could be rolled over to give some more clearance. My concern would be squeezing some more tire onto the 5.5" Fuchs'. Do you need the extra meat in the back to hook up some big horsepower? I smoke my clutch before I can smoke the tires with my 125hp 2 litre.
