Given the recent Tail of the Dragon thread I was wondering what the possibility, and desire would be in having a page that is simply a visual calendar of nailed forum and approved non- forum events? Not accessible by members, only updated by either an admin or a member willing to keep up with the flood of e-mails about local events.

We do have a Calendar!

Everyone can add their events to it. It's just that i'm the only one who ever adds events to it, or so it seems ...

The main forum page shows a list of events that are coming up under "Forthcoming Calendar Events within the next 30 days".

You can access the calendar itself by clicking on the "Calendar" link on the top right of each page.
