Anyone on the west coast that has a tub he/she needs to get rid of?

Can have rear end damage, i only need good parts from the rear firewall forward.

I think I still have a 70 tub at the storage yard (been a while since I've been out there). No paperwork on it, tho. Had a front ender (repaired) a long time ago. It's pretty much stripped.

I'm going to need something with a clean title.
It will be the base of a complete car that is going to be driven on the street.
Fender stamping and windshield VIN need to match.

I'm guessing world's first rear-engine 914. 914 as far as the targa bar, then 911 tail.

Any other guesses? Maybe a wagon?

Maybe he's going to build a DD with all his spare goodies.

Oh oh... Andy must have wandered back into Mark's storage area and seen the beautiful tub with front end damage in behind my car... Andy, get help. It's a disease!

You two sure that front end can't be pulled and straightened? That is one of the most rust free tubs I have seen.

With enough money, anything can be fixed ...


So, back to my original question:
Anyone got a good tub or roller that has rear end damage?

Oh, and i forgot to mention, i'm perfectly fine with paying for it (within reason), i wasn't asking for a freebie ...

I'm guessing a UK style 914 double decker... the rear damage is OK as that is where the stairs will go..

A trailer is available out of Pleasanton too. Copperopolis is northeast of Manteca up Hwy 4.

Hmmm.... go get a 914 in Copperopolis, lug it to Sonoma, drive the completed Bitchy Blonde up on the trailer and lug it home. Transmission installed and hooked up in trade for towing.

Wow! Copperopolis is East of Manteca and Modesto in the foothills. It has snow on the ground right now but who knows about this weekend. You two better be pretty sure you want this thing! Can you come up here and leave from here? Yopu gave me stinkeye but didn't loudly protest that I had just ruined her life so I think this can be done...

Now that I know the super-secret plan for this I am interested in being a small part of it... Cool idea!

What would you need to dress up for?

If you get a front, a rear, and several middles you could build a really, really long limo. I wonder how long of a clutch cable and accelerator cable they can build?
