I need an emergency brake handle for my 1970. After a couple good pulls the bottom of the handle cracked and bent over where the cable attaches.

If you mean a straight one.. ebay auction on right now in small porsche parts lot.. NOS... cheap right now..

You may want to consider upgrading to the later one piece handle. They usually got for about $30 in decent used condition. Get a look picture of the bottom of one before you buy one. Most have rust down there.
