While on a trip to visit family in oklahoma, i had to replace my oil cooler and filter bracket seals. I removed and did not replace my ac compressor, as it has not been used for many rears. What is the cleanest way to duplicate non AC cooling tin for my vehicle (74 2.0) I do have the bracket in the trunk just in case I need to just put it back. What I would like would be tin from a non AC car. Where to look?

The easiest thing is to get a piece of used tin from a car that did not have AC. There should be no lack of parts available, just put a post in the For Sale/Wanted section and I'm sure someone will chime in.
