This looks like the Perlon ("mouse fur") carpet, similar to the type found in F & R Trunks on all 914s.

The optional & Appearance Group Loop Pile Carpet (sometimes called "velour") woule look similar, but with the different pile material & different part number. Refer to Bowlsby's Classic Porsche 914 website for pix of these materials, colors available, color codes, etc.

BTW - different colors would also have slightly different part numbers, but the shape & construction of the floor piece is the same for all cases. IRRC - the "... 701" at the end of the part number would be the color/type code for this Grey Perlon, which you can see with other codes in the color code book pages at Bowlsby's website noted above.
