I think this is the one I went and looked at last fall. Nice to see he has taken the leaves off of it. The minimal rust just stands for not much metal left to rust It was on a trailer when I looked at it and the guy lived off Marsh north of 635 by the golf course. If thats not where it is ask if thats where the PO lived.
