Hey, I know I'm new but I have a lot of question, you guys ever seen a rotary 914?? I think it will be a blast!!!!

Hit "search" in the upper right, and try rotary. Lots of talk about it, several conversions have been done. Not a bad option... Good HP / low torque works well with the 901 tranny.

Yes. There's a few ...

The first one was build in 1970 (using a real /6 as a donor!) and Felix Wankel himself inspected the car and approved of the conversion ...

PS: For those who don't know, Felix Wankel invented the rotary engine ...

A friend here in Houston did one. Pretty nice, lightweight, but very loud and hot, even with a Renegade radiator. He later re-converted the car to a Chevy V8.
