Full Version: motor start up
I want to fix some leaks on my motor,It's out of the car right now, how can/or whats the best way of getting the motor running outside of the car?

To answer your question, though. You will need a battery, a start switch of sorts (you can buy a start button at Harbor Freight for like $6), fuel source and fuel pump. Just leave the transmission hooked up so the starter has something to bolt to, the exhaust, and giver it a go. I like to put the whole drive train on a furniture dolly ($10-15 at Harbor Freight) so I can move it around and it is off the ground
