Everything on the car is fresh and ready to run

I wonder how "fresh" the windshield frame removal is??? I thought in PCA, this is not allowed unless it was done years ago with a log book to prove it?????

otherwise nice car....I like the green highlights and detailing.....

its carb'd. i thought that was a NO-NO in prod classes

That seems like a very nice, clean, race car for 10k. I normally don't like 914 spyder-types but that is nice.

2 "Fresh" motors and and extra trans to boot! Visions of the Peridot Racing team?

Correct, for PCA Zone 7 rules. SCCA rules are very different. Carbs are (or at least, until a few years ago, were) required in SCCA's Production category. 4 40mm throats, I believe are/were the requirement.

This car was on E-bay 'bout a year ago
Sold by the widow or something like that...

Looks nicely build.
It would be pretty hard/impossible to build a car like that for 10K

cheers,

Jeroen
