In West Los Angeles there are more Porches independent repair shops that you would believe. Otto’s is a very old established shop that is not in West LA. I am in WLA and he is a 15-minute minimum drive if here in low traffic.

You have to trust the man with the wrenches, they just cost way too much here as there over head is high here, and well they are working on your baby.

If you've lived there long enough to be a local, the whole west side is lumped together as WLA. Except maybe the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica ...................
Otto's is in Venice, which is a district of Los Angeles.
