it is also the same weekend as Riesentöter Region (SouthEast PA) first DE event.

when i saw the RennSport Reunion announcement (last fall) i asked the CPR swapmeet chairman about it, and he basically said "yes, i know, but we've had this date booked for years in advance, we can't change now."

there will be a Schattenbaum Region swapmeet in late spring to support the NJ guys who are going to Daytona.

track venue dates are few and dear. sometimes we have to make choices; this is one of those times.

it's one of the must-attend events of my year (that's right, i have no life...)

usually don't drive a P-car as it doesn't hold all the rusty parts i seem to buy

early morning springtime drive up Rt 15 is "food for the soul"

by the way, if you're looking for 914 parts, the swap meet is really Apr 25th

there's an AX on the same site Sunday, the 25th - and maybe a hillclimb, i've heard rumours but not seen any indication...

look for (at least) the early white 911 Targa - maybe the ArtechnikA Subaru (it's Spruce Green). i'll try to arrange for an EZ-Up, i donno... banners, maybe, if there's time...

So far I'm more "go" than SOMA. If so, I'll have the EZ-Up that I used last year.

Since I'm not painting anything for the event, maybe I could do a banner. Who would I ask for permission to use the 914Club logo?

Rich whatcha doin for a table type thing? I can't fit one of those on the 914 and I don't have any other car to drive.

(i may be able to use the Ross-Tech Eurovan but i'm not counting on it.)
ii'll probably get another couple of 5' tables, and with the smaller table i have that i use to support the media blasting cabinet, we can make a nice U-shape (or whatever else makes sense...)

i've had these tables in the Subie before - i know they'll fit. i'll have other car parts to cram in there too...

and i hope i'll have some new paqintings to show for sale - i'm figuring out where and how to unpack the studio crap even now - but i have a weekend of 911 activity i have to get through before i can get to that...

Guess I should give this car a name. Maybe Jack. Short for Jackstands. Its only contact with the ground for almost 3 years.
